A pallet load of Garlic Snails, prepared In-shell with snail meat cooked in a Boulion ( with Red Wine, Vegeitables and Fresh Herbs).

The cooked meat and garlic & parlsey Butter are placed inside a cleaned Presentation Shell, then deep frozen, ready to be sent out.
